Preparation
Pour 5 kg pack into the pot. Add 80-100g of salt and stir. Add 0.5-0.6l of extra virgin olive oil and stir well. Pour in 6.5l of warm water and stir thoroughly to ensure the product is evenly hydrated. Cover and leave to stand for 5-7 min. Crumble the couscous with a fork and finally with your hands.
