Preparation
Boil water (1l of water per 100g of pasta), add a little salt and a drop of vegetable oil. Place the pasta in the boiling water and cook on a high heat for 3-4 min. Then leave it in the pot for another 3min in the hot water. Drain and rinse well with running water and leave to drain.
